Our repotting service includes a plant and root assessment, correctly sized nursery pot, premium substrate selected for your plant’s needs, and care recommendations. If you bring your own decorative planter, we can place the newly repotted plant inside it.

We specialize in tropical houseplants and use different professional-grade substrates based on each plant’s needs—not one generic potting soil for everything.

Repotting is available for plants of all sizes, with pricing based on the plant’s size and materials used.

Dealing with yellowing, dropped leaves, root rot, or a plant that won’t grow? Send us clear photos or stop by the shop to talk with us, and we’ll help you determine the best next step.

Please do not bring plants with known or suspected pests into the store.

Sometimes plant problems need more than a quick answer at the register. Plant Doctor Office Hours gives you dedicated, one-on-one time to figure out what’s happening and what to do next.

During your 30-minute appointment, we’ll review your plant’s symptoms, care routine, lighting, watering habits, potting mix, and any other factors that may be affecting its health.

We can help with yellowing leaves, stalled growth, watering issues, root concerns, pest identification, repotting questions, and general plant-care confusion.

Appointments require a $20 deposit, which will be applied toward any recommended supplies purchased during your visit.

Please bring several clear photos of the plant, soil, pot, and problem areas. 

Do not bring sick or potentially pest-infested plants into the store.
